Fantastic, please go check them out
The guides answered any questions anyone had and shared so much about their history and family. I will be taking people to go with me next time so that they can check it out. The thermal self guided tour is gorgeous. Walking through a closed off living village as a tourist was a little uncomfortable because I was in their home, but it also allowed me to learn so much. Worth the discomfort. If you want to try Hangi (just to know what it's like) you can do so in the café there.

Whakarewarewa Tour
This tour was comprehensive and informative, and such a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the culture of the Maori who lived and live in this special place.

Value for Money
Our guide was great. Learnt alot about the local Iwi. Unique experience being in the village and seeing old traditions still in use. We saw the Geysers erupt which was very special.

Informative
The tour was good. Lots of information. Not as much 'bubbling mud' as I remember from when I was young, but that's out of the tours control. Guide was lovely.
