Pavilion pools is natures haven reserved specifically for adults and young adults 12+ to enjoy. Get treated to breathtaking views of Lake Rotorua while soaking in nature's therapeutic properties at this secluded site.
Start off with a beautiful reflexology walk stimulating pressure points in your feet encouraging energy and blood flow throughout your body. When you’re ready, alternate between the five Rachel Spring alkaline mineral hot pools known for nourishing the skin and the three Priest Spring acidic mineral hot pools to relieve tired muscles, aches and pains. Indulge in true relaxation.
When you're done, you have access to spacious changing facilities and showers with private cubicle options provided. Free storage tubs are available and secure lockers are available at an extra cost.

Spa retreat
I've been here plenty of times with visitors from overseas. They absolutely enjoyed it. We stayed almost 2 hours because there is no time restriction. The facilities are very clean and during the week it is not very busy there. Nice experience.

Great afternoon relaxing
Received a warm welcome at reception. Good clean changing rooms. Perhaps a bit naughty to ask extra ti pay for a locker but there are trays to store your clothes, which we used, all was safe. Great to see the old pools. Went from one pool to the next. Really nice. Great views out to the lake. After, we went to the cafe for drinks, had the best smoothie! Good choice of food and drinks served by friendly staff.

Relaxing and Great Value Spa Experience
After several days of intense outdoor activities, visiting Polynesian Spa was the perfect way to relax. The Pavilion Pools offer great value, with around seven outdoor pools at different temperatures. I moved from lower to higher temperatures, which felt very soothing. You can smell the strong natural sulphur, and the mineral water is very relaxing for the skin—it really feels like a therapeutic experience. I went in the morning, and it was very quiet. At times, I even had a pool to myself, which made it even more peaceful. Everyone was respectful and kept the atmosphere calm. There are small storage boxes available, and lockers can be used with a coin from reception. The changing rooms are clean and well maintained. My favorite pool was the one facing Lake Rotorua—it truly feels like soaking in nature with beautiful views. Overall, a very relaxing and healing experience, highly recommended!
