Amazing
This place is a must visit for hubby and I whenever we visit Rotorua, especially in wet weather. Pure bliss. Even better they close late so it’s perfect to wind down and relax after a long day out before heading back to the hotel.

Underwhelming
The Pools Were Dirty and After already paying an entrance fee we also had to pay to use a locker and could Not Open it multiple Times. All of the Pools hat the Same temperature and all in all it was very small.

The historic Pavilion Pools are maintained at a range of different temperatures to allow guests to move between warmer and cooler options, rather than all pools being set the same. This is our biggest pool area and featured 8 mineral pools. Lockers are available to hire, and if there are any issues accessing one, our front desk team can assist immediately or provide an alternative locker on request. We are always happy to help resolve this on the spot so guests can continue their visit comfortably. Our team monitors pool cleanliness continuously throughout the day, and we appreciate feedback that helps us review and improve our guest experience. If anything feels amiss during a visit, speaking with the Duty Manager at the time allows us to assist straight away.

Lovely deal
Definitely worth it at the reduced price, they have multiple different pools at different depths mostly for relaxing in but there was one large swimable pool. Off peak was great as it was quiet and we had free reign. There is parking at the venue, the lake view is wonderful and there are lots of spots set up so you can sit with your feet in or fully wade.
