Polynesian Spa eluxe package
Great job. My only complaint was that I was never made aware if we could also go into areas that were for those who did not do the chosen Deluxe package. It would've been nice to take a look at other areas??

If you're looking to experience multiple areas, our Ultimate Double Dipper is a Deluxe Package that allows access to both the Deluxe Lake Spa and the Pavilion Pools. Tranquil relaxation at the lakeside
My adult kids and I went for a morning visit at Polynesian Spa on the Luxury side of the complex. Beautiful spot to visit, and nice as not a young kids area if you are wanting a more peaceful visit. I especially loved using the priest pool for arthritis and the cold plunge pool alternately which gave my arthritis great relief. Love that the towels and toiletries are included and hairdryers are provided too. Well worth the slightly higher price than the standard family area. Thanks for having us, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Staff professional and welcoming. Changing room very clean. Pools were amazing you must try them all and brave the plunge pool. The heated recliners are a great way to enhance the relaxation and dry off. Leave time to check out the gift shop and grab a bite. It's worth it.
