Disappointing experience at the hot spring

EVE said... We were really disappointed by the service here, especially from one of the older female attendants in the women’s area. While we were still taking our belongings out of the locker, she slammed the door shut loudly without saying anything — no greeting, no smile, just an obvious sense of impatience. It felt very rude and even a bit discriminatory. For such a well-known tourist spot, you’d expect a welcoming attitude, but instead, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. This was supposed to be the premium pool area, yet the experience was far from premium.
