Talking to a member of staff later, it sounds like it might be closed during winter every year - would be great to include this restriction on the promo material. Understand that the section of main track was closed for safety reasons. The walk was great, the lakes and inferno crater were amazing. The boat tour was great. The buses to get around were useful if you needed them. The day was great, we all enjoyed it. Full price seems very expensive for what you get, but we found that with a lot of the activities in rotorua. Thanks to bookme for the good deal!!
