100% WHALE SIGHTING GUARANTEE

A truly unforgettable way to experience the magic of the Sapphire Coast!

Join us for the ultimate whale watching encounter!

From September through to early December large numbers of humpback whales travel past Merimbula on their southern migration from the Queensland Coast.

In these beautiful waters they can be seen lateral lunge feeding, one of the few places in the world where humpbacks can be seen doing this!

Other species of whales are also often sighted in the bay, including: Southern Right, Minke, Brydes, Orcas and Blue whales.

There are also many other visitors who are known to make an appearance on our cruises, such as, Common & Bottlenose Dolphins, Australian Fur Seals, penguins, flying fish, sunfish, turtles and many species of sea birds!

You’ll Experience this fantastic cruise in comfort and style on board our 75passenger boat, True Blue.

True Blue is a custom-built 16 metre Super Sea Cat with three 360 degree viewing decks - perfect for those one in a lifetime photographs!

With comfortable indoor and outdoor seating and a complete walk around lower deck, you can get up close and personal with these amazing mammals, or simply sit back and watch from inside with fantastic unobstructed views.

Important Information:

Mornings on the ocean are always the calmest so we recommend the morning as the best time for families and first time sailors! However we often see our most active whales on a windy afternoon! So if booking for an afternoon departure please make sure you dress warmly, take sea sickness prevention and bring your sense of adventure!

Be prepared - Have a light breakfast/meal before travelling and visit your chemist/health food store to ask their advice if you are worried about travel/sea-sickness.
