Notes

  • Departure Time: All charter tours have a flexible pick-up time. We recommend between 8-10 am for a full day Blue Mountains Tour. However, we offer full flexibility on private tours its your day, you can choose your pickup time.

    Cancellation fees: Any booking cancelled within 7-days of tour date will be charged 20% of the total tour fee; any cancellation less than 48-hours before scheduled pick up will be charged in full. We will work with you to reschedule your tour rather than cancel, if possible. Bookings made on behalf of our guests such as wine tasting or lunch may not be refundable and will depend on policies of the individual venues. Cancelations due to Covid-19 reasons apply to the same conditions above.

    Price Exclusions: Lunch or other private expenses. Entry Fees at Featherdale Wildlife Park, Scenic World, or any other fee charged for optional extras.
