Didn’t depart on time regardless of ticket instructions to be on time they waited for late comers, guests were confused about where to board and we were told to board the wrong vessel by staff member on shore, meal was ordinary at best, vessel was not suitable for a show as upstairs guests were directed downstairs to watch and they stood in front of guests downstairs who the couldn’t see, guests had to crawl through hatch to get outside the front, one couple comments at the end the worst night ever
