Earn Airpoints Dollars™ on your online purchases in three simple steps:

1. SIGN IN to the Airpoints™ Mall and select your favourite local or international retailer to shop with.
2. Click the SHOP NOW button so that we can track your purchase with the retailer when you checkout as normal on their site.
3. EARN Airpoints Dollars on your online purchase. We will send an email within 5 working days of your purchase to the email address in your Airpoints account to advise that we have recorded your purchase through the Airpoints Mall. Your Airpoints Dollars will be in your account 37 days from the purchase date. Airpoints Dollars earned on cancelled purchases or returned items will be removed from your Airpoints account.

For purchases made with Airpoints Mall retailers excluding those retailers in the “Earn Online and Instore” category

We will send an email within 5 working days of your purchase to the email address in your Airpoints account to advise that we have recorded your purchase through the Airpoints Mall. Your Airpoints Dollars will be in your account 37 days from the purchase date. Airpoints Dollars earned on cancelled purchases or returned items will be removed from your Airpoints account.

For purchases made with Airpoints Mall retailers from retailers in the “Earn Online and Instore” category

Airpoints Dollars earned on eligible purchases at an Airpoints retail partner from the “Earn Online and Instore” category will be added to your Airpoints account within one month. If you believe you have not received your Airpoints Dollars earned one month or longer after the transaction date then please contact the retailer directly.
