Want to review your flight details or make changes to your booking?
If you're an Airpoints™ member, with myairnz you can now see all your flight bookings in one place. Simply login to myairnz and choose
My Flight Bookings under myBookings. If you haven't yet registered with myairnz (or previously with My Account) register now.
If you are not an Airpoints member you can retrieve a booking to view and manage your itinerary online if the booking was made with Air New Zealand through our website, over the telephone or in one of our Holidays Stores.
Whichever way you retrieve your booking, you will see range of options depending on the booking type. These may include requesting a copy of your electronic ticket, requesting seats, changing your booking and cancelling your booking. Details of which booking types can be changed and cancelled are below.
Changing a booking
Domestic and international bookings can be changed online, subject to the fare rules.
Changes to grabaseat™ fares and Smart Saver fares will be subject to a $50 change fee per person, per ticket plus any fare difference.
Changes to Flexi Plus fares will be subject to any fare difference.
Full domestic fare rules
Tasman and Pacific bookings:
Changes to Smart Saver fares will be subject to a $100 change fee per person, per ticket plus any fare difference.
Changes to Flexi Plus and Business fares will be subject to any fare difference.
Full Tasman and Pacific fare rules
Changes to Global Saver fares will be subject to a $50 change fee per person, per one way fare, plus any fare difference.
Changes to Global Flexi and Business fares will be subject to any fare difference.

If you cannot change your booking online, please contact us. Note that service fees will apply for changes made via the Contact Centre.
Cancelling a booking
Bookings for domestic and international travel may be cancelled online, subject to the following considerations:
- Flexi fares and Business (except Business Saver) fares may be cancelled up until departure
- Pacific Flexi fares for travel between 10 December and 15 January cannot be cancelled online
- A booking must be cancelled in full, i.e. both the outbound and return flights if a round trip
When cancelling online, a refund will be credited to the original form of payment you used to make the booking. For further assistance, please call us on 0800 737 000.
You can change domestic bookings from your mobile phone. iOS, Android and Windows phone users can download the mPass travel app and select the Domestic Change icon.
