This is the only positive from this experience unfortunately. After receiving several confirmation emails, the director of the company tried to defer our tour first and then cancel less than six hours before the start of the tour! For absolutely no valid reason. We were talked to and treated like we were tourists the entire time. Such a shame and a sad reflection of how this city is increasingly becoming. Some people shouldn’t be in business if they only want to deal with NZ-born people.
