Nice place but staff not attentive
We’ve been to snowplanet a few times now and their service is very inconsistent. It is the second time the lift for the lower part was very hard for getting on and specially off. Huge gap right after the lift and kids with little skis got stick EVERYTIME! And the staff with a shovel did NOTHING to help or fix it. Staff very unpleasant in the snow. Hard to want to go back. But it is a good place for kids to learn how to ski for a fair price.
