Excellent spot

Horrible
Worst experience ever: Bad customer service, no call back when trying to book, massage itself average and towels stunk! Also a beeping noise constantly during the massage from somewhere. The masseuse even left the room during treatment to answer the door!

We are very sorry to learn that your visit was so negative and that you encountered multiple issues. We understand your feedback regarding the poor customer service with the booking, the unsatisfactory massage, the issue with the towels, the disruptive beeping, and the unprofessional interruption during your treatment. We want to be transparent and acknowledge that your appointment took place during a period when we were operating with a reduced team. The therapist working that day was alone and, upon hearing the door open, stepped out to ensure the safety and security of the premises and our clients. Please be assured that we have addressed your feedback internally. The therapist in question is no longer with our team. We are also reviewing our internal processes, including booking and quality control, to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all our clients.
