As a former commercial pilot this was a fun experience. I had no familiarity with the A320, and the staff was very helpful in setting things up. The only recommendation I have is that the appointment confirmation from Bookme.com.au could be a bit more specific to the EXACT time to show up, and also where Hanger 81 is located at Essendon Fields.
