The driver was in the spot exactly at the time. He was very friendly and helpful. He new where to stand and where to go crossing many lanes. Very recommended

Great trip
Had a great day despite the following: Would have preferred a pickup from other side of Melbourne as had to cross City for the one and only pickup point. Also would have preferred if kept original pickup time to allow for a Lunch break as part of travel time. There was latecomers whom we waited for despite advice that we should be there in advance of the pickup time. These should have not been accommodated. For Dinner break in Cowes we were not provided with detailed options of places to obtain Dinner. Suggest train trip be extended to next station as it appeared that we passed the next station on way to Phillip Island

Great Tour
Tour was great, a lot of communication before the tour began but ultimately worked out fine. Nick was a great guide. Was a very long day, we got back at midnight, but seeing the penguins was amazing.
