Decent Ride, poor management

Amit said... The ride itself was good but the experience could have been better. Customers are required to collect printed tickets from the ticket booths and no where in the online booking is this specified. Also the booths open up 15 mins before the ride which is not enough for everyone to get their printed tickets in time for the ride. Thankfully they agreed to let customers on the boat 5 mins before departure as an exception since the boat driver refused to delay the boat's departure.
