Mike H said... We only got half a cruise as the boat couldn't go down river due to the high tide. This is totally unacceptable as surely they must have known this when taking the booking as they've been operating cruises on this river for a very long time! I am now left trying to get a 50% refund from the online booking agent. This spoilt what was for half the expected trip an enjoyable cruise.
