Mazima said... The experience at the zoon was great. Lots of animals to explore. Easily accessible. Small issue with ticketing as the staff were not really familiar with BookMe and needed tickets and not just a booking confirmation email. After waiting a good 15 minutes, a supervisor had to come and sort out.
