Assistance for blind & visually impaired passengers
We understand that airports and aircraft can be unfamiliar and sometimes daunting places, so please tell us if your sight is impaired. This way we can ensure our airport staff and cabin crew know you may require assistance throughout your journey.
Our airport staff are available to escort you through the airport environment and will assist with your boarding process where required. Once onboard our cabin crew will provide you with a safety briefing and when required assist you with becoming familiar with the onboard facilities and the services offered.
Our inflight entertainment contains a selection of audio books in addition to a wide variety of audio content.
We acknowledge that you may have a preferred method of being guided and welcome you discussing this with our staff when they assist you.
