The Air New Zealand Koru Reward Window runs from 12 – 25 May 2026 (inclusive) and is open to anyone who is a New Zealand-based Koru member aged 18 and over.

How do I enter?
You can enter the competition by visiting korurewardwindow.co.nz and signing in using your Koru credentials (formerly Airpoints credentials).
You'll need to be a New Zealand based Koru member, and login to your Koru (formerly Airpoints) account to enter.
The online competition opens at 12.00am each day and closes at 11.59pm. You can come back every day and open your window for another chance to win.

How will the grand prize winners be selected?
Grand prize winners will be drawn at random at the end of the promotional period from the total of all entries during the campaign period.
If I win, how long will it take to get my Airpoints or Status Points prizes?
You will have them instantly! If you are lucky enough to win a daily spot prize, we will put the Airpoints straight into your account, ready to spend.
If you win a Status Points prize, the points will be credited to your Koru account instantly and will count towards your tier status for the current year.
I got an email saying I'm a winner, but I haven't received a prize?

When I played Koru Reward Window it showed that I had won a prize, but I have not yet received an email from you?
Please check you spam folder, and if nothing has come through then get in touch by emailing us at competitions@airnewzealand.co.nz include your Koru membership number and the date of your entry and we will look into it for you.

How to make the Koru Reward Window work?
To successfully make an entry into the competition, you will need to visit korurewardwindow.co.nz and select from one of the three windows, then swipe up to reveal whether you have won a prize.
Do I need to be an Airpoints member to enter?
Airpoints is now Koru, if you are already an Airpoints member then you are automatically a Koru member. You need to be a Koru member to participate in Koru Reward Window and be eligible to win a prize.
