Air New Zealand valet parking is located at each of the domestic and international terminal buildings.

Air New Zealand Domestic Valet

There is construction affecting Auckland Airport's domestic terminal parking due to the expansion of the regional airfield.  Air New Zealand's Domestic Valet drop-off location is unchanged. 

An important reminder:  Please park your car in the Air New Zealand Valet marked location, close to the domestic terminal.  Keys and key cards must be dropped off to the valet desk prior to your flight.  Cars parked in the airport's car park O may incur charges by Auckland Airport on exit.

• Air New Zealand Domestic Valet is located at the eastern end of the terminal, accessible from Laurence Stevens Drive
• Please take a ticket at the barrier arm of car park O and follow the violet line to valet
• Secure your vehicle and take your keys to the valet desk inside the terminal
• When you arrive back to Auckland, please return to the valet desk to retrieve your keys

Air New Zealand International Valet - effective from 1 October 2025

From 1 October 2025, our International Valet car park will be located right beside Auckland International Airport's transport hub, with an access road from Tom Pearce Drive.  

As you approach our new Valet location, you will pass through a barrier arm gate which can be opened by scanning your Airpoints card bar code (in the Air NZ App or on your Airpoints card).  Please refer to the map and instructions below.

• As you turn into Tom Pearce Drive from George Bolt Memorial Drive, follow the signs to Air New Zealand Valet ensuring you're in the right-hand lane (also the same route as Car Rentals).
• Staying on Tom Pearce Drive, bypass the access roads that go inside the Transport Hub on your left.   The access to Air New Zealand Valet is on your left just past these lanes, opposite Airport Parking D (standard covered).
• As you enter the car park, please proceed through the barrier arm gate and scan your digital or physical bar code on your Airpoints card to get access to Air New Zealand Valet spaces to drop off your vehicle.  Follow the signs to the Air New Zealand carpark spaces, which are to the right before the access into the Transport Hub building.
• Secure your vehicle and take your keys to the Air New Zealand Valet Desk inside the terminal, opposite Air New Zealand Premium check-in. Keys need to be dropped off so that we can relocate your car during your stay.
• When you arrive back in Auckland, please return to the Valet desk to retrieve your keys and an exit ticket to get through the exit gate.
• Your vehicle will be ready to collect from the new Valet space located beside the Transport Hub.
