Inclusions: One way flight from Auckland to Christchurch ('Seat' fare) on Friday, 15 May 2025, as well as exclusives including tickets to an exclusive SIX60 showcase performance with special guests from SYNTHONY on Friday 15 May, one GA standing ticket to SYNTHONY, at One NZ stadium on Saturday 16 May, and access to part of the exclusive SYNTHONY soundcheck on Saturday 16 May. Ticket is supplied by Duco Touring Ltd as the event promoter but will be distributed solely by Air New Zealand to eligible passengers. All other charges, including return flights and/or taxes, and accommodation are the responsibility of the passenger. 
5. Minimum age requirement: The lead passenger on the booking must be at least 21 years of age at the time of travel.
6. No child discounts: This offer is based on adult pricing only; no child or infant discounts apply.
7. Non-changeable & non-upgradable: Changes, upgrades, or re-routings are not permitted under any circumstances.
8. Non-transferable & non-refundable: Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Failure to check in or no-show will result in forfeiture of the fare, and your SYNTHONY ticket. In the unlikely event that the SYNTHONY Christchurch event on Saturday 16 May is cancelled, fare changes or a credit for future travel will be available at Air New Zealand's discretion. Neither Air New Zealand or Duco Touring Limited accept responsibility for costs incurred by passengers in connection with event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling.
9. By purchasing tickets, you agree that: Ticketmaster may contact you using the email address provided at booking for the purpose of issuing your SYNTHONY event tickets; and Air New Zealand may contact you using the email address provided at booking regarding your flight package.
10. Cancellations & Conditions of Carriage: All travel is subject to Air New Zealand's Conditions of Carriage and the Airpoints™ Terms & Conditions. Air New Zealand is not the promoter, organiser, or operator of SYNTHONY, Christchurch. While Air New Zealand will facilitate ticket access as part of the package, we are not responsible for the concerts operation, content or any changes, including cancellations or rescheduling.
11. By purchasing a ticket on NZ1212, each passenger agrees to being filmed, photographed, and/or otherwise recorded during the flight, and agrees that their image, likeness, and voice may be used in any future promotional, marketing, or media content produced, without compensation.
12. All tickets are subject to the Duco Touring Limited, Venue and Ticketing Terms & Conditions, including entry conditions, venue rules, and health & safety requirements.
