These restrictions will remain in place until more is known about the severity and transmissibility of the new COVID-19 Omicron variant.
There are also additional restrictions in place for those who have recent travel history in some African countries. Please visit the Australian Department of Home Affairs website and the Unite Against COVID-19 website for more information.
