Ticket flexibility for flights from Australia
Quarantine-free travel to New Zealand from Australia has been suspended until at least 24 September 2021. For the latest Government information, please refer to the official Unite Against COVID-19 website.
If your flight was ticketed before 23 July 2021 and is affected by this suspension, the below options are available to you:
- Rebook travel to depart up to and including 31 August 2021 at no additional cost if travel is to/from the same destination. Additional taxes may apply with fare difference applicable if upgrading cabin class.
- Hold your fare in credit to rebook at a later date. This can be done by managing your booking online.
- Request a refund if your fare rules allow. You can view your fare rules online here.
For bookings created with the assistance of a travel agent or third-party online agent, please contact them directly for further asstiance.
If your flight has been cancelled, you should have received a text or email notification with further information regarding your booking options. If you have not received a notification, please ensure your contact details are correct, and that you are signed up to receive travel alerts.
