How do I book Skycouch?

You can add Skycouch when selecting your seats for a long haul flight online.

Select your flight. Book your flight as normal. If Skycouch is available on your flight, eligible configurations will appear as an upgrade option when you select your seats in the Seat Select page. The initial price shown is for a standard Economy seat.
Select a Skycouch as your seat. When selecting your seats for that flight, choose an available Skycouch option. The cost of adding Skycouch will be shown once selected. If you change your mind, you can still choose to 'Remove Skycouch' and select a standard Economy seat.
Choose your configuration. Depending on your group's size, you may need different configurations. We offer options for one Skycouch, Skycouch plus an Economy seat or more than one Skycouch, but not all configurations are available on all flights. You can view the available options and total prices then choose what's best for you.

Please note: Skycouch availability may be limited depending on flight route, aircraft type, and other operational or regulatory factors. Not all Skycouch options are offered on all flights, and availability is subject to change without notice.

How much does Skycouch cost?

Skycouch prices vary depending based on flight demand, booking class in the itinerary and the number of people using the Skycouch.

When you book Skycouch, you’ll pay a fare for each passenger travelling, plus the cost of the Skycouch. Once you select Skycouch during booking, you will see the fare per person and the additional Skycouch cost.

Where are Skycouch seats located?

Skycouch seats are located within the Economy cabin on our 777-300ER and 787-9 aircraft, located in designated rows closest to the windows on each side of the aircraft. Not all rows in Economy are Skycouch seats. Seat and row numbers vary by aircraft, but you can find them on our seat maps or when selecting your seats when booking.

Skycouch is not offered on 777-367ER flights as aircraft cabin interiors and furnishings differ slightly.

How do I set up a Skycouch?

At the start of your journey, your cabin crew will provide you with a briefing card and briefing about how to use the Skycouch throughout your flight.

To open out the Skycouch area, raise the armrests on the middle and window seats all the way up. This will give you a larger, uninterrupted space.

All Skycouch seats are equipped with seat belts. You will receive a safety kit containing two adult/child loop belts and a cuddle belt. Please use these belts according to the configurations shown in the briefing card provided.

If you're traveling with an infant, the crew will provide an infant belt.
