∆Airpoints Dollars and Status Points will be earned on the first $60,000 of eligible spend in each relevant month only. The relevant month is the statement period set out in your statement. Any spend over $60,000 on eligible purchases in each relevant month will not earn Airpoints Dollars or Status Points.
1 Eligible purchases exclude purchases of Airpoints Dollars using Top-Up or Airpoints Advance facilities (if available as a benefit on your card),fees or interest, tax payments, balance transfers, credit card repayment insurance, gambling chips, money orders, travellers cheques or foreign currencies in cash, cash advances or withdrawals made from an ATM or financial institutions (over the counter cash at a bank), any transaction that is reversed, refunded or charged back or other adjustments, "Peer to Peer" transfers (between OneSmart Accounts), and any other purchases that are excluded by the terms and conditions of our financial product partners.
2 For Air New Zealand Airpoints Credit Cards (issued by Kiwibank) and ANZ VISA Business Airpoints Card, this includes all your flight bookings purchased via airnz.co.nz or the Air New Zealand Contact Centre.
3 Silver and Gold Airpoints members: Status Points earned on credit cards count towards 50% of the Status Points you required each 12 month period to retain or upgrade your tier status. Elite members: Status Points earned on credit cards count towards 40% of the Status Points required each 12 month period to retain or upgrade your tier status.
4 A year is based on either the 12-month period from the date your card was issued, or if you have an ANZ Airpoints Visa Platinum issued prior to 1 April 2015, then from 1 April each year. Passes will be credited to your account in the month after you have reached the relevant $30,000 spend threshold. For example, if you reach the $30,000 spend threshold in your June credit card statement, the passes will be credited to your account in July. You will be notified of the complimentary eVouchers when you sign in to your Airpoints account at the Air New Zealand website. If we have your email address, we will also endeavour to notify you by email. The passes will be loaded onto the primary account holder's Airpoints account. The maximum number of lounge eVouchers you can earn each year for ANZ Airpoints Visa Platinum and Air New Zealand Airpoints Platinum Visa is four (two (2) sets of two (2)). The maximum number of lounge eVouchers you can earn each year for Air New Zealand Airpoints Standard Visa is two (one (1) set of two (2)).
