How to use your Air New Zealand credit
Please fill out the form below if:
You want to:
- Redeem your credit to book non-urgent travel.
- Find out the value of your credit. Please note, you can also find this on your original e-ticket.
- Have an existing Air New Zealand 6-character booking reference – (reference ends in H).
- Have booked directly on the Air New Zealand website or via the Air New Zealand Contact Centre.
If you booked through a travel agent, please ask them to manage your changes.
If you want to confirm your booking is held in credit, you can manage your booking online. Once you’ve entered the required details, you will see a confirmation message on the screen.
Once you submit the form, we will be in touch as soon as we can. Our current processing time is up to 14 days.
If you want to use your credit to book urgent travel, please call our Contact Centre. We apologise for any delay in answering your call.
