About OneSmart

OneSmart is an optional benefit of your Airpoints™ card that can be used like a debit card around the world.

We have recently changed our OneSmart provider to MasterCard®, and have taken this opportunity to review and refresh OneSmart to ensure it stays relevant to your travel needs. Find out more about the recent changes.

You have until 28 February 2017 to change over to the new OneSmart card#

If you had a OneSmart Account prior to 14 November 2016 and have recently received a new card, here are some key dates to keep in mind:

  • 9 February 2017: you'll no longer be able to load funds onto your old OneSmart Account
  • 28 February 2017: this is the last day you can transfer your funds to your new OneSmart card. Your old OneSmart Account will become inactive once you complete this transfer
  • 1 March 2017: your old OneSmart Account will be closed. Any foreign currency will be converted to New Zealand dollars, and your funds will be available for collection from BNZ. We'll email you with information on how to reclaim your funds

New app coming soon

The new OneSmart app for iOS and Android is coming soon. In the meantime, our OneSmart website is mobile optimised so you can easily manage your account from your mobile or tablet. Make sure to save to your favourites so you can easily navigate to the site - or better yet, save it to your device home screen.
