Once a Koru Corporate account has been registered, the nominated primary account holder or administrators can easily manage, add or remove members, and purchase Koru Club memberships on behalf of linked members via the 'Member List' via 'Your Balances' page.
Our easy to navigate dashboard provides visibility of membership information and self-service functionality for organisations to:

The person who registers the Koru Corporate account will be given the role of primary account holder. The primary account holder has the same access as an administrator but cannot be removed by other administrators. To change the primary account holder, contact the Koru Club contact centre—the new holder will receive an email confirmation once the role is transferred.
The primary account holder or any administrator can invite more administrators to the account, giving them the ability to help manage your Koru Corporate account. To invite an administrator, select the 'Add member' button and enter their name and Koru membership number. To invite an employee, follow the same steps as inviting an administrator. The invitations will be sent to the email address registered in their Koru profile, and this will remain valid for 7 days. The primary account holder or an administrator can add or remove any member linked to the account at any time and there are no restrictions to the number of administrators or employees that can be added.
Administrator(s) can easily purchase Koru Club memberships online on behalf of any linked member or the linked member can also purchase their own Koru Club membership online and receive the Koru Corporate rate. Any Koru Club packs, cards or bag tags will be sent to the member's address in their online Koru account. The employee will need to update their own address if these items need to be sent to another address. When a Koru Club membership is purchased on behalf of a linked member, a copy of the purchase receipt and confirmation will be sent to both the member and the email address listed in the Koru Corporate company profile. If a member purchases their own Koru Club membership, no communication is sent to the company email address.
The primary account holder or any administrator can add and view linked members, manage the member list, change roles of linked members, or remove anyone that no longer needs to be linked. They will also be able to see details about any linked members, including their name, Koru number and Koru Tier status. To help easily manage the member list, a 'Group' label can be added to each member to help filter the list by office location, department, or any other breakdown that you may need. Linked members that are current employees will have access to the Koru Corporate rate offered to the organisation, for as long as they are linked to the Koru Corporate account. The primary account holder and administrator(s) are responsible for removing members who are no longer employed by your organisation*, as well as opting to have a common expiry date to help manage all Koru memberships for linked members. This will align all Koru membership expiry dates at one time so that they expire at the same time, rather than at different times.
The primary account holder or any administrator can keep the company details up-to date by updating the company email address, company address, phone number, industry type and number of employees from the 'Company profile' section.
Renewal reminders are sent by email to the email address in the company profile. The email address can be updated on the 'Company profile' tab after logging in. Membership renewal reminders are sent to the company email address in the company profile, two months prior and one month post an expiry date. Linked corporate members will receive their own membership renewal reminders by email one month prior to and one month post the expiry date.
