Transfer Marriott Bonvoy Points to Airpoints Dollars

Missing Airpoints Dollars?

To submit a claim for missing Airpoints Dollars from a past Marriott Bonvoy stay, please email a legible copy of the hotel receipt and the following information to marriott.bonvoy.partners@marriott.com.

To earn Airpoints Dollars, you must be a member of Marriott Bonvoy and Airpoints, and you must choose Air New Zealand under the airline miles earn option within your Marriott Bonvoy profile.

Joint members may transfer earned Marriott Bonvoy Points (minimum 3,000) to their Airpoints account. Airpoints Dollars cannot be transferred to Marriott Bonvoy Points. Some stays are not eligible to earn Airpoints Dollars. Please check with the hotels concerned for further information prior to booking.
