Book online
Enter your Airpoints number when you make your reservation online at www.pacificresort.com, and present your Airpoints card at check-in.
By phone
Quote your Airpoints number when calling toll-free (within New Zealand) 0800 774 469 or outside New Zealand, and present your Airpoints card at check-in.
By email
Include your Airpoints number when emailing reservations@pacificresort.com, and present your Airpoints card at check-in.

* You will earn 1 Airpoints Dollar for each NZD $20.00 spent during your stay. Based on a one night minimum stay.
Some stays are not eligible to earn Airpoints Dollars, please check with Pacific Resort Hotel Group at the time of booking. Airpoints Dollars are earned on accommodation only.
Please allow up to 60 days for your Airpoints Dollars to appear in your account. Retain your original receipt or invoice in order to claim any missing Airpoints Dollars. Claims may be made through your Air New Zealand online account by logging into your account and selecting the My Bookings tab, then the Claim missing Airpoints button. You must claim missing Airpoints Dollars within 6 months of your stay.
