We’re here to help with Koru, so you can make the most of your Airpoints™, benefits, and rewards.
Sign in to check your Airpoints balance, see how many Status Points™ you need to earn to retain or upgrade your tier, and view your latest activity, benefits, and more. If you can’t remember your Koru number or username, choose “Recover your account” and follow the instructions.
Your digital Koru card is available in the Air NZ app. Scan it when you shop with Koru partners in New Zealand and Australia to earn Airpoints. If you’re Koru Silver, Koru Gold, Koru Platinum, or Koru Black, the Air NZ app is also where you can find your digital travel card that you can use to confirm your Star Alliance status.
You can update your personal and contact details or travel and communication preferences online. Find out more about updating your name or date of birth (anchor to Updating your name or date of birth) or changing your place of residence (anchor to Changing your place of residence). You can also add or manage giftees in your gifting register to gift Air New Zealand flights using your Airpoints.

Please contact OneSmart™ Customer Service if you have any questions about your OneSmart travel card, including if you haven’t received it within three to four weeks of applying, or if your card has been lost.

It’s easy to manage your bookings from your Koru account. You can view your flight bookings, request upgrades, and book extras such as holiday accommodation, airport transfers, and rental cars.
It’s important that the name on your Koru account matches the name on your flight bookings and the passport or driver licence used for your travel, so the Airpoints you earn are added to your account automatically.
If you’ve travelled under a different name, we’ll need to verify your identity before we can add your Airpoints. Contact us with a copy of your boarding pass, e-ticket, and ID, such as a marriage certificate.
To update the name on your Koru account, contact us with a copy of your ID showing your previous name, such as a birth or marriage certificate, or driver licence, and a copy of your passport verifying your new name. Please also let us know if you would like to update your title, and what you would like it changed to.
To update the date of birth on your Koru account, contact us with a copy of your ID showing your date of birth, such as your passport, birth certificate, or driver licence.
If you don’t have a passport, or it's still in your previous name, you can provide a copy of your marriage certificate, driver licence, or other ID confirming your new name and date of birth.
Please also confirm your current address and how you would like to be addressed.
If you’re an Airpoints credit card holder, contact your bank or financial institution to update the name on your account so it matches your Koru account.
Sign in to your Koru account to update your place of residence at any time.
If you change it to or from Australia more than twice in a 12-month period, we’ll charge a service fee of NZD $25 or 25.
Shairpoints™ and Airpoints for Business are only available to Koru members who live in New Zealand. You’ll need to remove yourself from all Shairpoints and Airpoints for Business accounts before you can change your place of residence to another country. Removing yourself from these accounts won’t close your Koru account.
