Auckland Regional Koru Lounge
Situated on Level 1 by the regional gates, the Auckland Regional Koru Lounge boasts the signature modern Air New Zealand lounge design. It’s spacious, light and airy and offers a number of different zones to suit the needs of our customers.
Located just above the Air New Zealand Domestic Valet, valet customers have an easy transition from vehicle drop off to the departure gates.

Hamilton Regional Koru Lounge
Our Hamilton Regional Koru Lounge is situated on the upper floor over the boarding gates. The space boasts prime views of the runway and surrounding farmland.

Tauranga Regional Koru Lounge
The Tauranga Regional Koru Lounge makes the most of views through large feature windows. The lounge has different seating zones so you can either work or reset and recharge.

Palmerston North Regional Koru Lounge
Our Palmerston North Regional Koru lounge is located on level 1, featuring a variety of seating areas so you can either work or reset and recharge.
Due to terminal redevelopment at Palmerston North Airport now underway (until early 2027), we're experiencing higher than usual levels of noise in our Palmerston North Regional Lounge. We apologise for any inconvenience and will aim to minimise impact to our lounge visitors if possible.

Wellington Regional Koru Lounge
The Wellington Regional Koru Lounge is in a convenient location close to the regional gates after regional security screening, so you can make the most of your time in the lounge, and our popular barista made coffee.

The Wellington Regional Koru Lounge is closed at weekends and on public holidays.
Nelson Regional Koru Lounge
The Nelson Regional Koru Lounge is located on the mezzanine floor of the airport terminal above the check-in area. With expansive views out to the Tasman Ranges, the modern signature Air New Zealand lounge design features different seating zones that allow you to work or reset and recharge.

Christchurch Regional Express Lounge
Making the most of it’s proximity to the Regional departure gates, Christchurch Regional Express is a great place to grab a quick bite before boarding your flight.
Guests and children over the age of 2 are not permitted in the Christchurch Regional Express lounge.

Dunedin Regional Koru Lounge
Our Dunedin Regional Koru Lounge boasts views of the surrounding farmlands, and offers a variety of seating that allow you to work or reset and recharge.

Invercargill Regional Koru Lounge
This regional lounge offers views across the runway and is conveniently located by departure gates.
Please note of the following access updates:
- Access to the lounge is located after security screening for our jet customers.
- Travellers on regional services may be required to undergo security screening, depending on the time of day.
- Due to CAA requirements, the lounge will be closed for a short security inspection between 10:00 and 10:30am on days we operate jet services. Customers will not be able to access the lounge during inspection.
- Customers who are in the lounge prior to the inspection will be asked to leave and may return once the inspection is complete. Please note that passenger security screening will be required again for re-entry.
- Security inspections and screening requirements will only occur on days when we operate a jet from Invercargill Airport.

Lounge access
- Eligible customers can access the lounge 4 hours before their departure.
- Koru Club members, Koru Platinum Nominees, Koru Black Nominees and Koru Family Nominees must be travelling on an Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flight.
- Air New Zealand customers connecting to or from an international Air New Zealand Business Premier flight on the same ticket, are entitled to lounge access prior to departure. Must be travelling on a through-ticketed journey, departing on an Air New Zealand ticket (starting with '086') and 'NZ' marketed and operated flight.
- Access for Koru Silver members using a Lounge Voucher is subject to space being available. If the lounge is full, access will not be available. This also includes alternative lounges.
- Guests and children over the age of 2 are not permitted in the Christchurch Regional Express Lounge.
Guest access
- Guest access is subject to space on the day.
- Your guests must enter the lounge at the same time as you and be departing on an Air New Zealand domestic operated flight.
- Children are those aged between 3 and 17 inclusive.
- Infants aged 2 years and under travelling with an eligible lounge customer may access our Koru Lounges subject to space availability.
- Koru Club members have the option to purchase a Koru Club Extra Guest add-on which allows the member to bring an additional guest into a Koru Lounge when space is available.
