1. Can I enter the Pin a Million promotion more than once?
   You can enter the online game once per day, and you can enter at each local event once.
   
   
2. Can anyone enter the Pin a Million promotion?
   You must be 18 years or older, a New Zealand resident, and an Airpoints member to enter the prize draws.
   
   
3. Can I win more than once?
   Yes! When playing the online game you'll be in with a new chance of winning every day. Winners will be drawn at random so there's no limit to the number of prizes you can win. Every entry you make into the online game will also enter you into a final prize draw at the end of the month. At the local events you will be in with a chance to win an instant prize, as well as the grand prize of 10,000 Airpoints Dollars at each location.
   
   
4. I don't know my Airpoints number, where can I find it?
   If you are an Airpoints member, there are a number of places that you can find your Airpoints number:
   - In the top right corner of any email you have received from Air New Zealand
    - By clicking on the Airpoints tab of the Air New Zealand app
    - On your Airpoints card
    - By logging into your Airpoints account on the Air New Zealand website – you don't need your Airpoints number to do this, you can use your email instead.
   
   
5. How do I sign up to Airpoints and does it cost anything?
   You can sign up to Airpoints here – it's easy and free.
   
   
6. How many winners will there be in the Pin a Million promotion?
   There will be more than 1,300 winners across the promotional period.

1. Can I play the online game if I'm not an Airpoints member?
   You can play our online game but without an Airpoints number you won't be able to enter the draw. You can sign up to Airpoints here – it's easy and free.
   
   
2. What prizes are up for grabs when playing the online game?
   Each day there will be a winner of 5,000 Airpoints Dollars, plus 20 prizes of 500 Airpoints Dollars. Every entry throughout the month will also go in the draw to win 20 prizes of 1,000 Airpoints Dollars, to be drawn at the end of the promotion.
   
   
3. When will you let me know if I've won?
   If you play the online game and are a winner you'll receive an email from us within seven business days of taking part to advise that you have won a prize. If you're a winner you may see your Airpoints account credited before then.
   
   
4. Can I play the game at any time of the day?
   Each day a new clue will be posted at 7.00am, and you'll have until 11.00pm to submit your entry. At 11.00pm the game will close until 7.00am the following day.
   
   
5. How will you select winners each day?
   If you drop your pin within a 1km radius of the latitude and longitude coordinate of the correct location you will go in the daily draw of 5,000 Airpoints Dollars. Winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of people that correctly guess within the 1km radius. All other valid entries for the day will go in the draw to win one of 20 prizes of 500 Airpoints Dollars.
   
   
6. Where can I find the answers to the previous day's question?
   We'll post answers to the clues the following day here.

1. What dates are the local events happening?
   Our events are taking place across our 20 domestic destinations from 1 – 11 August.
   
   
2. When will you let me know if I've won?
   If you've taken part in one of our local events you'll be in the draw for a 500 Airpoints Dollars spot prize when you check in at the pin, which you'll know on the spot! Then you'll need to keep an eye out for a call at around 9am the following morning when The Hits team will be calling the 10,000 Airpoints Dollars prize winner.  
   
   
3. What prizes will be given away at the local events?
   There will be a winner of 10,000 Airpoints Dollars from each event, and 500 Airpoints Dollar spot prize winners.
   
   
4. If I'm a winner how long will it take for the Airpoints to be transferred to my account?
   If you've taken part in one of our local events and are a winner, your Airpoints account will be credited within two business days.
   
   
5. Where do I find the clues for the local events?
   On the day of the event a clue will be released at 11am on the invite on our Facebook Events page and you'll have two hours to find the pin and check in. For anyone in a region with 'The Hits' radio station there will be an extra clue released on air at 11am too.
   
   
6. What towns/cities will have an extra clue played on The Hits? Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Napier, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin, Queenstown, and Invercargill.
   
   
7. What time are the local events open?
   On the day of the event you'll have from 11am until 1pm to find the pin and check in. The line to enter will close off at 1pm.
